These Terms & Conditions apply when you use the Segura Contracting website, request an estimate, use our portal, or hire us for work. By using our site or services, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide lawn care, landscaping, hardscaping, and home contracting in Carlstadt, NJ and nearby areas. The specific work, materials, and price for any job are set out in the estimate or agreement we provide for that job.

Estimates & pricing

• Estimates are an approximate, good-faith quote based on the information available and are not a binding contract until the work is agreed.
• Prices may change if the scope, site conditions, or materials differ from what the estimate assumed. We’ll let you know before doing additional work.
• Recurring lawn-care plans continue until you pause or cancel them; per-visit pricing is confirmed when you sign up.

Scheduling, weather & access

• We schedule work as promptly as we can, and may reschedule for weather or safety.
• You agree to provide safe access to the work area on the scheduled day.
• Please mark or tell us about sprinkler heads, invisible pet fences, low wires, and underground utilities, and secure pets during visits.

Payment

• Payment is due as stated on your invoice or agreement. Larger projects may require a deposit.
• When online payment is enabled, payments are processed securely by Stripe.
• Late or declined payments may pause service until the balance is resolved.

Cancellations & changes

You can pause or cancel recurring service at any time through your account or by contacting us; please give reasonable notice before a scheduled visit. Changes to a project’s scope should be confirmed with us so we can update the work and price.

Workmanship & disclaimers

We stand behind our workmanship. However, we are not responsible for outcomes outside our control — such as the survival of plants or sod, weather damage, normal wear, or pre-existing or hidden conditions (including unmarked utilities or irrigation). Any specific warranty for a project will be stated in that project’s agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

Your portal account

If you use our portal, keep your login details secure and make sure your account information is accurate. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Don’t misuse the portal or attempt to access data that isn’t yours.

Photos

We may photograph completed work for records and quality control, and may showcase finished projects as described in our Privacy Policy. Let us know if you’d prefer we didn’t.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of our site or services means you accept it.
